SEIU Local 668 is seeking an External Organizer to be based in Southeast Pennsylvania, including the Philadelphia metro area.

Under the supervision of the Organizing Director, this is a field staff position organizing new bargaining units and supporting the organizing objectives among existing units. The External Organizer will identify organizing targets, plan campaigns, recruit and mentor member leadership, win representation elections, and assist in the transition to collective bargaining. This position reports directly to the Organizing Director and/or Organizing Coordinator. This is a bargaining unit position.
