Starting in Spring of 2020, we’re encouraging all shop stewards to begin holding their shop meetings virtually. We’ve outlined two free platforms below for stewards to utilize, but if you have any additional questions please reach out to your Business Agent or send an email to Local668@seiu668.org.

Free Conferencing Options
Anyone with a personal Gmail account can use Google Meet to schedule a video conference call that also will have a call-in option. We recommend this option for any meetings with 10 or less participants.

Stewards can also sign up and create a free Basic Zoom Account which will allow for free 40-minute meetings with up to 100 people.

Stewards may sign up for their own free pin-secured conference call line (it will not be a 1-800 number) at freeconferencecall.com This platform also allows free secure video meetings as well.
