This Online Grievance Steps PDF outlines the correct procedure and process to file a grievance.
- Classification Grievance Procedure (effective 2016-2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement)
* The grievance process for all members not employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are outlined in their collective bargaining agreement.
Grievance Form– The Grievance Form shall be completed when filing a grievance based on discipline or reprimand from management (Discipline Grievance), a grievance that relates to the classification of your work (Classification Grievance) or a grievance for a general issue, office policy, work safety, etc.… (General Grievance). You can also download a Microsoft Word copy of the SEIU Local 668 Grievance Form here.
If you have a personal grievance that you, your shop steward, or your Business Agent have filed, please log into the Member Portal to view those grievance documents and any updates.
Accelerated Grievance Procedure–AGP
In October 2020, the Commonwealth and SEIU Local 668 launched a revamped Accelerated Grievance Procedure (AGP), as outlined in the 2019-2023 State Contract. This AGP will apply to any grievance filed in a shop after 10/2020–any grievance filed previous to October will follow the previous grievance process.
AGP Training Materials
SEIU Local 668 held online trainings for Commonwealth shop stewards in August and September in preparation for the new AGP. If you are a new steward or were unable to attend those trainings, please use the resources below to learn about the process.
Specific questions on the new AGP should be emailed to CommonwealthGrievances@seiu668.org

Since the new AGP requires a number of different or updated documents, we’ve provided both PDF and Microsoft Word versions for shop stewards to access and download here.
