The SEIU State Council coordinates regional endorsement committees for state-wide elections between SEIU Local 668, 32BJ SEIU, SEIU Healthcare, and the PA Joint Board of SEIU and Workers United. Members from each Local jointly interview candidates and recommend endorsements.

Our Local also holds endorsement meetings for county offices. Local elections are vital to our members who work in the county government.

As opportunities arise to endorse candidates, our Legislative and Political Department will send out e-mails asking for volunteers. We seek volunteers from any political affiliation, and participation is Hatch Act friendly!

Endorsement committees are an excellent way for our members to get involved in politics and help us elect labor-friendly candidates on both sides of the aisle.
